Product Description
Tubular heat exchanger (UHT) is applied in producing liquid foods with viscosity. It is suitable for the liquid food with fibers or grains. The capacity of our exchanger is from 1 to 30 ton per hour. The temperature of sterilizer is 90~140C. It can be connected with any filling machine (aseptic or any other type of filling machine). The control component includes: Touch screen, Omron PLC, steam reducing valve, steam control valve, by-pass valve, and pressure maintaining vaº Clve, material pump, and hot water pump.
